Shot in Brooklyn Heights Movie Map

Another product from my Information Design class, this time we were asked to create a map that highlighted a specific piece of information about a neighborhood of New York City. Most students chose to map their day throughout the city, but I felt compelled to tackle something more elaborate, a map of movies filmed in my neighborhood. I had to research a lot of movies but eventually was successful in finding one for every block on my map. I then overlaid information about the film's year of release to highlight the neighborhood's popularity as a filming location recently. Tools:
